At Vittoro, each garment is meticulously inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our heritage standards of quality and craftsmanship. Because our collections are curated with precision, we maintain a focused return policy to ensure the exclusivity and integrity of our pieces.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. This window is provided exclusively for items that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit.
Eligibility for Return
To maintain our hygiene and quality standards, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and "Vittoro" packaging intact. Please note: As a boutique brand focusing on curated aesthetics, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or "style preference" once an order has been successfully delivered.
Defective Items & Verification Process
In the rare event that you receive a piece that does not meet our quality promise, Vittoro will assume full responsibility.
To initiate a claim, please follow our concierge verification process:
- Contact our support team at support@vittoro.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear video/photograph documenting the specific defect or damage.
- Once our quality assurance team verifies the claim, we will provide you with a complimentary return label and instructions.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
